Here we have a custom built Breedlove J22/W in Walnut back and sides and a Sitka Spruce top. Walnut is a wood being used more and more in the guitar world, it has some of the great warmth and growl of Mahogany accompanied by some of that shimmer you find with Rosewood. All of those wonderful qualities are upfront and present on this Breedlove, making it a dead ringer for a “go to” guitar.
This is a super Breedlove, as Al says it has a big voice and setup perfectly for fingerstyle. The Walnut is awfully pretty to boot.
