Here is one striking C-10 from Collings. The Flamed Maple back and neck are gorgeous and the deluxe bindings finish it off beautifully. This one is just old enough that the Maple is mellowing and the tone has a nice richness to go with it’s power. I can’t help buy smile when I play blues riffs on this guitar. This one reminds you what playing guitar is all about….. having fun!

Power, projection and easy to play. This one is a blast, I can't help but smile when I play it and the look is so cool. The Maple neck and the back have superb figure and the Sitka top has tons of silking. This is a sweetheart for sure.
I've always been a fan of maple guitars. They sometimes start out a bit bright, but as the wood ages, the warmth creeps in and the resulting balance is great for a fingerstyle instrument. If you are looking for a small guitar with a bright, focused quality, this may be the one.
