This is an eye-catcher. The Koa is superbly figured with a tight, rolling flame that looks like rippling water. Truly stunning! The Collings folks voiced this one beautifully to bring out the clarity that Koa possesses, but they also insured it has great energy. This one sings as pretty as it looks. 
I really like this instrument. The koa top makes for a clear, ringing quality that is really compelling.
