We first met Steve Fischer when he was heading up Paul Reed Smith’s Private Stock Acoustic division (prior to PRS he built instruments for McPherson Guitars). We were immediately impressed with the extent of Steve’s knowledge, and his uncanny knack for voicing exquisite instruments. We are now representing Steve Fischer’s private guitars.
This Fischer Concerto model guitar is made from an exceptionally fine set of African Blackwood with dramatic Sapwood, and a stunning Alaskan Yellow Cedar top! This wood combination is outstanding and creates a lush, round note with beautifully, deep, low-mids and round, warm bass. This guitar is bound in Snakewood from head to toe for a rich contrast.
