The Froggy Bottom Deluxe models always have some lovely touches. This K model is crafted from highly figured Walnut and adorned with a unique rosette and backstrip as well as a Scrimshaw heelcap. The top is a fine piece of Adirondack Spruce and this guitar is in mint condition. The tone is very strong with lots of projection, the Walnut gives it a naturally woody characteristic and the Adirondack top lends it’s brilliant highs and headroom to spare. This is a very unusual and beautiful Froggy Bottom K guitar.
Al's right about this one, it's got a big voice but it's controlled, not boomy or unbalanced. The Walnut works really well on this larger body K and with the Adirondack top. The figuring in this Walnut is unbelievable, so pretty. The guitar is mint and plays with ease. There's a Fishman Matrix installed so you are ready for anything that comes along. Don't miss this sweetheart.
