Here’s a wonderfully preserved 1939 Gibson L-30 Archtop. This vintage, pre-war Gibson is a blast to play. It’s a small body, but has a big voice. It sounds right at home for Jazz, fingerstyle blues or ragtime. It appears to be all original and everything is in perfect order with great playability up the entire fingerboard. Everybody in the shop wants this one so come and get it to save us the employee discount.
This one really speaks to me, it's one of the simpler Gibson models, but the voice is superb. It's very loud and full sounding, more like a 17" body than it's 14 3/4" actual size. The condition is excellent and it appears to be all original. Some lucky player will get a gem in this vintage pre-war Gibson L-30 Archtop. 
I have a soft spot in my head and heart for old Gibson instruments. This one is like holding history in your hands. It's set up to be very playable and the size makes it a comfortable instrument to hold.
