This is a Goodall Grand Concert Cutaway with all the Goodall shimmer but a bit warmer sounding as well. It very well balanced and clear, as are most Goodalls, but there’s a little something extra in this one. Al pointed it out to me after he recorded it, he feels it’s a special one. The rosewood and spruce body offers up a great fingerstyle voice and this one also strums great. It’s in mint condition with an AKG microphone added for amplification.
This guitar has a very rich voice that is sweet and airy. I think it's superb for fingerstyle since it's clear on every fret. This is a voice I would expect in a much higher priced guitar.
