We were offered this guitar from a customer selling a large collection and as soon as we played it we bought it. This is a very special Goodall, the Redwood top really makes a difference here and adds warmth and deep beauty to the voice. Curly Koa bindings, upgraded Gold Gotoh 510 tuners and a cutaway complete this wonderful Goodall and the playability is simply superb. This like new RGCC is better than new because you’ll save money for another guitar!
I agree with Al, this is a very special Goodall. I attribute the lush, singing voice to the perfectly straight grained Redwood top. Great Redwood has the warmth and richness but remains clear and powerful. James Goodall described Redwood as 3 dimensional and perfect for fingerstyle. There is a ton of headroom and this guitar can play anything. The feel is perfect and playability is superb. I'll be playing this one on the porch while it's here... 
This is possibly the best sounding Goodall I've played. It's rich in tone but has all of the high end you need without getting thin. It reminds me a lot of my first Ryan MGC in looks and sound. | Scale Length | 25.5000 in |
