Darren built this wonderful SJ from rich Koa and Redwood. It’s tone is rich and lush with the buttery redwood voice. The SJ body makes it loud and full sounding and we love the curves. The Koa adds good punch and clarity as well. During construction one hairline crack appeared in the back, which he of course fixed, so Darren is allowing us to offering this guitar at a reduced price, but still with full warranty. Don’t pass up this chance for a great guitar under $2000.
