For the first of our limited edition Dream Series from Charlie Hoffman we asked him to refine this Concert body shape to give it more elegant curves. The result is a stunning body shape that is more modern and sophisticated. The key element of this Dream Series is rare old growth Brazilian Rosewood renowned for it’s clarity, warmth and power. We chose German Spruce make this guitar versatile, German is known for both it’s beautiful voice and it’s projection. Charlie added figured Koa bindings and an Florentine cutaway to make this a very special limited edition series.
There is something special about old growth Brazilian Rosewood, it's add a very identifiable warmth and richness to the voice of this guitar. It's paired perfectly with premium German Spruce for a voice that has equal amounts power, sparkle and lush body. We are thrilled with the new body shape Charlie created for us, I really love the way it changes the cutaway curves. This body size is perfect for balance fingerstyle play and also strums very well.
