Trevor Kronbauer has made a name for himself by building wonderful instruments at a very fair price that players can afford. This Small Body Kronbauer guitar is a terrific example as it offers the combination of Mahogany and Red Cedar with the fingerboard and body bound in Bloodwood, a Brazilian Rosewood bridge and fingerboard and a K&K pickup all for a great price. This one is preowned but in like-new condition so you get the best of both worlds, great condition and great price.
This is a strong and open sounding Kronbauer guitar. It's Trevor's Small Body design so it's extremely comfortable but there is nothing small about the voice. There is far more bass and power than the body size eludes to and the Cedar top is warm and rich but also has tremendous headroom. I have no problem playing ham fisted blues on this little beast of a guitar. So if you are after a small body guitar that can be sweet and polite or down and dirty this may be for you....
