The smaller S body size from Lowden is really wonderful. It’s a beautiful intimate sound that boasts good volume and power thanks to the deeper body. The articulation is marvelous and the comfort is welcome. We ordered this one in Cocobolo and Cedar, one of our favorite tonal combinations from George and the gang.
I was immediately struck by the sweet trebles on this beauty. Clear, articulate and full. The Cocobolo adds good punch and warmth making it a very complete guitar. Focused, intimate sound but not at all timid. Just listen for yourself.
