George told me about this special set of Walnut that was available and I immediately requested it for this guitar. It is simply stunning, there is a beautiful light center section and symmetrical figuring that is bookmatched. This set of woods really sets this guitar apart.
I can't stop looking at this set of Walnut, it is gorgeous! It also makes the tone very fundamental and clear. It sounds great for blues with it's shorter decay as well. Just a sweetheart.
