Here’s a wonderful Brazilian Rosewood Martin 000-21 guitar from 1956. These 1950s Martins are still a good value and will likely be the next frontier for guitar collectors. This one has nicely quartered Brazilian Rosewood and a very strong voice. This one is sound and setup perfectly. It’s had a neckset and refret so it’s ready for years of hassle free enjoyment. Like most of this age it has some repairs, all done well and accounted for in the price. Here’s the chance to own a Brazilian Martin without getting kicked out of the house…

They are making any more waterfront property or 1956 Martins, so we are glad to have this one. There is no denying there is something special about these old Martins and our feeling is with the pre-war guitars in the stratosphere the 1950s guitars are the next frontier for collectors and players alike. This one plays perfectly and needs no repairs at this time. It's not pristine, but neither is the price.
I love old Martins and this one is gorgeous. It has some of the best looking Brazilian Rosewood I've seen and it plays like a dream. It's ready to be played for another half a century.
