We acquired this beauty from a local customer in great condition. We had Bill Tippin do a setup and replace the pickguard and now it’s ready for it’s next owner. This is a 1976 Martin D-35 with a very pretty sunburst. It’s all original, but for the guard, and sounds amazing. The years have been kind and really made this one wide open, it’s truly one of the best sounding dreads we’ve seen regardless of price or model number. If you want a great Dread from that mecca in Nazareth, PA, look and listen to this one.
I agree will Al, this one is certainly a special one, it just has the mojo, the tone. It's very open and mature and you can feel it in every note. The sunburst is gorgeous and mellow with age. The condition is wonderful, it came to us from the original owner and we had Bill Tippin do a wonderful setup on it. A classic Martin ready for another 32 years for music.
