Bruce Petros is known for building wonderful fingerstyle instruments with tone to match their beauty. This one is no exception. This is an elegant guitar, with a subtle blend of woods that give it understated air. It’s been played enough to thoroughly open up and it now puts forth a monstrous tone that vibrates every inch of the instrument. I love this guitar. I find this one very hard to put down. It has his XLF bracing which combines X, Ladder and Fan bracing for an amazing voice. It's been played enough to be wide open. Just a cannon. It has a way bigger voice than its size, great power but also great balance. It responds to every command and is very articulate. The Walnut/Sitka combination is great, it creates a woody, natural voice with good overtones and warmth. Killer fingerstyle guitar. | Scale Length | 25.5 in |
