Here is a mature, 10 year old, Taylor 810 Limited. Its dreadnought body puts forth a strong, clear sound with great projection. This guitar is great for strumming and would be a good fit for the singer-songwriter. It’s in good shape, just normal play wear and the spruce top has a lovely patina to it. Here’s an earlier 810 for you Taylor fans.

Great strummer, strong chimey highs and great projection. This one plays easy and has a mature tone.
This is Taylor's answer to the D-28 Martin. Lots of folks play these and love them. It has a fast, low-profile neck and the tone is rich and balanced without any mud in the bass.
