Here’s a combination that sounds as great as it looks — African Blackwood back and sides, with a Red Cedar top! Complimented by gorgeous Snakewood trim, this Tippin Crescendo is a study in exquisiteness. DG owner Paul Heumiller and Bill Tippin were perhaps the very first to try this wood combination and it really works. You get a rich, warm voice that has wonderful deep low-mids and weighty trebles. Perfect for fingerstyle. This Crescendo, is the same model that is offered as the Al Petteway model and played by Al. It’s a very versatile body shape.
