I absolutely love this Traugott R. The voice is full and rich with Jeff's trademark clarity and balance that are so admired by players. This one has a distinct advantage of time that has matured it into a truly special Traugott that is very responsive, warm and powerful. There nothing like age on a Spruce top to make for magical tone. It seems as though you can do everything on this guitar, it's happy to play any style or technique, it pushes you play your very best as well. The Brazilian is stunning and very tight grained and the German top has a gorgeous patina to it. The playability is absolutely spot on, something Jeff is also known for.
