Here is a very recent Traugott featuring Jeff’s latest bracing ideas including and elevated back strut. Extreme clarity is always the first thing I notice when I play a Traugott. This one also has a buttery, rich bass shape that I love. Super round and warm bottom strings. The top end is crystal clear and blends with the bass for a tremendously balanced overall sound. The woods are top shelf as you would expect. The Brazilian is exquisite and the top is off the charts good. Jeff is probably the most exacting builder I know, so the details are exquisite throughout.
