As I sit and play this Traugott it's amazing how much you hear. Every string is full and rich with real character. The balance is superb and as Al stated this one is powerful if you ask it to be or sweet as orange marmalade. The woods are particularly stunning and I absolutely love this German top, just a few red streaks and a lovely patina and silky medullary rays are everywhere, the sign of a great one.
