The Ryan Mission Grand Concert has long been a best seller for Kevin Ryan due to it’s wonderful versatility. It’s mid-sized body and powerful voice allow it to move between beautiful and powerful pieces with ease. This one in Rosewood and Cedar has a full, rich voice, but also plenty of headroom. Pat Donahue, of Prairie Home Companion fame, used a Cedar top Ryan for a long time and I always marveld at how hard he could play it. This Ryan MGC is the same way. It's Cedar top has tons of power so you can play blues and rags, yet it's warm and lovely when you pull back and play pretty. Kept in beautiful shape, this is a winner!
