Gorgeous Cocobolo Rosewood are an excellent compliment to the stunningly silky Engelmann Spruce used for the top, and the combo rewards us with an instrument of tremendous depth and articulation. Massive bass response, great balance with just enough chime and sparkle make this Ryan Nightingale a fingerstyle player’s dream. It also has many popular Ryan innovations, such as a fluted arm bevel, EO bracing, A4 kerfed lining, as well as the popular 25.7″ fingerstyle scale length. Finally it is adorned with Kevin Ryan’s Art Deco fret markers and a 12th Fret vine.

I love the low end response of this guitar, and the warmth of Engelmann Spruce makes for a very open, balanced tone. This guitar excels in dropped tunings such as DADGAD, and fingerstyle players will love the feel of the neck and the 25.7" scale length.
