Description

This appears to be a 'shop guitar' from the Velazquez Guitar Shop from the early 1960s. It is one of those that has no label but has all the traits of a Valezquez guitar from that period. This guitar has a very light build and a strong voice that is clear and articulate. The slim neck is very comfortable and easy to play. The body is Indian Rosewood and Spruce. The mature Spruce is speaking fully and capable of many colors. The German Kolb tuners give it a vintage aesthetic and work beautifully as well. A sublime instrument that will make a lifelong musical partner for one lucky player.

I love this guitar. It may not have the label, but it has everything a player could ask for. Firstly it plays with great ease, the slim neck and low action are a delight. This guitar is very lightweight and vibrant. The energy you put into the strings comes right back out. It's a joy to play this 50 year old instrument.
