This is a new one for us: a 2018 Concert Classical from Charalampos Koumridis with Smallman-inspired lattice bracing. With Bocote back and sides and a Red Cedar top, this Koumridis is incredibly responsive; the bass is characterized by smoothness and an enveloping quality that blends seamlessly with the other registers. True to Greg Smallman’s build philosophy, this Koumridis is solidly built with a heavy frame, which allows the top plate to vibrate as freely as possible for projection and sustain. Additionally, the added weight means the guitar stays right in your lap: no chasing this one around.
Creature comforts include a Stallman-style armrest, elevated fingerboard, and glass-smooth Alessi tuners. Hiscox Pro II case, French Polish finish, and a lovely vine-themed mosaic rosette.

This is a powerhouse guitar. With Australian-inspired design, there are a lot of modern features on this instrument. It is Braced in a way to get maximum volume while maintaining a beautiful voice. The Bocote wood is absolutely stunning. This guitar is a bit heavier due to the design, which actually makes it feel really solid in your lap and allows the top to vibrate freely.
