Chris Bozung is a respected luthier in Fairview, TN, just outside of Nashville, who has been building guitars of his own design since the mid 1990s. Chris has honed & refined his lifelong woodworking skills as senior luthier for other guitar companies. Chris’ craftsmanship is greatly respected, both among players who have tried his instruments and among those within the luthierie industry, and his attention to detail is second to none.Chris, along with Master Finisher Don Hunter, creates some of the finest instruments available today. Fingerstyle master Pete Huttlinger turned us on to the work of Chris Bozung. Pete has a Slope D that he is very fond of and allowed me to play it and immediately understood why. Chris is building exquisite guitars with a vintage vibe and tone. He lives and works in Nashville, TN so he’s in the heart of the acoustic music scene.
