The process is simple
- Send us detailed information about your instrument and the problem(s) you are experiencing. Also send digital photos if you can and be sure to include your contact information.
- We’ll send a recommendation and an estimate based on your information. This will include an estimated return date.
- If you approve, we’ll help arrange the shipping of your instrument. Upon receipt we’ll inspect it and provide you with a final repair estimate.
- If you approve, we’ll complete the work and get your instrument back to you in a timely manner.
We’ll arrange for Fedex to pickup and return your instrument. We have also arranged for the lowest possible shipping & insurance rates so everyone can have access to top notch repair no matter where you reside. We can even send you a box and packing material.
