1932 Gibson L Century Maple/Adirondack (Red)
Here we have what may be on of the most recognizable guitars ever built, the Gibson L-Century. Sporting a MOTS fingerboard and headstock, with full body sunburst, this little guitar is a stunner that stands out in a crowd. Built from Maple and Adirondack Spruce, there is tone here that belies it’s small size, you can play through an old blues song and the folks in back will hear you just fine. We think this is a perfect blues box with its woody growl and crisp tonal quality.

1957 Gibson J-200 Maple/Spruce
The Gibson J-200 is a legend in the American music scene, valued for its big, open sound and it’s ability to cut through the fray of a noisy setting. Picking up and playing this guitar, it’s easy to understand why this instrument is so sought after. This is a 1957 J-200, right from the heyday of this design. Built from lightly figured Maple and Sitka Spruce this time tested beauty has a crisp, clean tone that singer songwriters will fall over for. 1952 Gibson J-45 Mahogany/Adirondack (Red)
The Gibson J-45 is one of the all time greats in the guitar world, it has the grand and open voice of a dreadnought without the muddiness that can happen with a large bodied guitar. Many players over the years have found the J-45 to be a perfect all around guitar, whether you are strumming, flatpicking, or fingerpicking, the J-45 can handle it all with gusto and grace. 1965 Gibson J-45 Mahogany/Sitka
This Beautiful Gibson Amber burst J-45 hits all of our vintage buttons. The time honored combination of mahogany and spruce gives this little sweetheart a great growl perfect for flatpicking. 1960s Gibson Heritage Brazilian/Sitka
The kind of voice you get from a guitar like this Gibson? It’s what baby Dreadnoughts all want to grow up to sound like one day. Folks, this Heritage Dreadnought from 1967 has certainly grown up and matured into a fearsome cannon. Built like a tank with projection to match, this Heritage has Brazilian Rosewood back and sides and a Sitka Spruce top to fire out chords and single notes with ferocity. One strum, and you’re knocked off your feet–the sheer size of the voice! The Heritage Dreadnought has enormous scope, sustain for days, and an enveloping tone as dark and seductive as a moonless night. Played in for almost 50 years, she’s perfectly opened up; this one’s a real gem of a vintage Gibson. Solo arrangements are lush on this guitar, and when played in a group there’s no need to worry about not being heard. We know of some amplifiers that don’t have the air-pushing capabilities of this Heritage Dreadnought. 1978 Gibson Johnny Smith Maple/Spruce
Here we have a remarkably pristine 1978 Gibson Johnny Smith archtop that looks as though it never left the case. It was hardly ever played and looks one year old, not decades old. It’s wide body is beloved by jazz players for it’s full, rounded tone, and the playability of the neck is exceptional. Add to that the single cutaway, incredible sunburst, and art deco styling, and you’ve got the flagship of the vintage Gibson archtop line.
2005 Gibson ES-335 Maple in Cherry! DOT!
Few guitars can match the Gibson ES-335 for sheer star power. It’s been seen in the hands of guitarists as diverse as Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, B. B. King and session legend, Larry Carlton (who has his own 335 Signature model). This 2005 Gibson ES-335 was owned by jazz player Ted Shumate, so it’s was selected by a pro for it’s tone, it’s one of the good ones! Kept in great condition and recently setup by John Buscarino, this is not your average 335!

This is premium vintage, no issues at all, just get it home and play, play, play!

This is a great sounding Gibson AJ, Advanced Jumbo, from 1991. It’s Indian Rosewood and Sitka body are very alive and vibrant. This is a strong Gibson Dread that really puts out the tone It’s slender neck is easy to play and it’s got classic Gibson good looks, thanks to the sunburst and Ivoroid bindings.

1962 Gibson Barney Kessel Maple/Spruce
There’s a lot to like about this 1962 Gibson Barney Kessel model. Its famous namesake was of course one of the most highly regarded jazz guitarists of his era – playing on countless recordings by the very biggest names in the business – including Oscar Peterson, Sonny Rollins, Milt Jackson – and countless others.
The Kessel model is a nice jazz box with a slim neck and super fast action. It can get a wide range of tones from its humbuckers, but to our ears it fares best when played on the clean side. That said, a bit of overdrive sounds really great with this vintage beauty too. Its attractive double Florentine cutaway shape is finished in a very pretty cherry sunburst.
2007 Gibson L-00 Legends Series 1937 Mahogany/Adirondack
Part of Gibson’s Legend Series, the 1937 L-00, was built in 2008 – and based off of a vintage guitar owned by Lee Roy Parnell. One of the earliest guitars in this series, this L-00 came to us from a friend of Lee Roy’s and it’s a cool little guitar. The dimensions are true to the original, with the exact bracing, neck shape, and colors. It also features hot hide glue construction just like the original. A great country-blues guitar, the L-00 Legend Series is sure to offer up hours of great playing!

1946 Gibson ES-150 Maple/Spruce
Here’s another guitar that is nearly impossible to stop playing! Talk about fun! The Gibson ES-150 is a great vintage instrument, and a wonderful value too. This fine guitar plays great and was maintained by a professional luthier for many years. The superb P-90 neck pickup sounds great when banging out chunky jazz chords, and has excellent mid-range qualities to make single line playing leap out from the bandstand. For years ES-150 (Electric Spanish) was Charlie Christians guitar of choice.
1956 Gibson J-50 Mahogany/Spruce
This 1956 Gibson J-50 would be a good strummer or folk guitar, just like it was when it was new. The neck is streamlined and comfortable for someone who has relatively small hands. The Mahogany/Spruce body puts forth that classic Gibson tone that we all know and love from so many great recordings. This one is very original and setup great.

1954 Gibson J-50 Mahogany/Spruce
This is an all original 1954 Gibson J-50 with awesome tone. We had master luthier Bill Tippin do a complete setup and it plays perfectly. This is a powerful Mahogany/Spruce Gibson Jumbo that really has some great mojo. 1969 Gibson J-50 Diamond Jubilee Mahogany/Spruce
Here’s a wonderful 1969 Gibson J-50 Diamond Jubilee brought to us by a local gent who played it for years. It has that dry, throaty Mahogany Dread sound that is so engrained in our music. Strum a G chord and it fills the room with that great J-50 chime. We had Master Luthier Bill Tippin go over it and it now plays like a new guitar and will need nothing for years.
