Here’s a top of the line Huss & Dalton TOM-R in Brazilian Rosewood and Adirondack Spruce. The classic wood combination that made all those wonderful pre-war Martin Guitars sound so amazing. Here we have a 2009 Huss & Dalton TD-R Custom dreadnought in gorgeous Brazilian rosewood and Adirondack spruce. Thanks to this classic combination of woods, it has all the tone, projection, and balance we’ve come to revere in the finest dreadnoughts. Basses are strong and articulate, and trebles sing out with clarity and cut. And to boot, this one works equally well for fingerstyle as well as flatpicking thanks to its thoughtfully shaped neck and 1 3/4″ nut width.

This Huss & Dalton DS guitar is a nod to the traditional slope shouldered guitars of the 30’s and 40’s. It has the vintage vibe of both Gibson and Martin guitars, all at once. Powerful and clear, this one is a real find. The Honduran Rosewood and Spruce body combine for richness, clarity and projection. Here’s a lovely OO with exceptionally sweet looks. The bearclaw in the Engleman Spruce is unusually and beautifully distributed across the whole top, making for a stunning herringbone appearance. The rich Brazilian and flamed Koa bindings provide a lovely complement. She’s loud and punchy and really well balanced without a hint of harshness in the mids. Fingerstyle folk… ragtime… old time… blues… this is a great little instrument for all that and more.

Here is a stunning custom 00-SP in highly figured Walnut. It is beautifully bound in highly figured Koa on the body, neck and headstock and features a slotted headstock. You won’t see a more pretty 00 and the sound is equally lovely. Walnut has a punchy, woody tone with good fundamental character. The 00 body is very comfortable to hold for hours on end and trust us you’ll want to grab this little beauty a lot.
